Like many others, I used to think “nutrition” was synonymous with “just eat less.” And like many others, that led me down a stressful path toward disordered eating and a rocky relationship with food and my body. On the outside, I looked like a “healthy” eater - but on the inside, I was full of guilt and little brainpower to spare for anything that wasn’t a calorie count.
After digging into the research, learning about weight-inclusive care and intuitive eating, and finding my place in the warm and welcoming body-positive community, I’ve developed a healthy, flexible relationship with food and my body - and I’m here to help you do the same. Satisfy Nutrition was born from this shift in mindset. I believe food should be delicious, supportive of your physical and mental health, and above all - satisfying. I will never stop being grateful for this platform that allows me to support people in healing their relationships with food and body image, restoring metabolism and hormonal health, and shifting focus from restriction to abundance.
No matter your story, there is space for you here. You deserve to take up space in the world.
