Goals | 2018 Powersheets + January Goals

I can't believe it's already 2018 and time to set January goals! I was gifted a set of Powersheets for Christmas last year, and they have been a game-changer in how I approach goals and personal growth. Prior to having a goal-setting system, I would set vague goals, take random steps to "reach" them, and let them take over all areas of my life. Now, I set big goals, write actionable steps, and schedule in time to take care of myself. No goal is worth compromising your mental or physical health. In a way, this system actually helps me limit myself and work smarter, not harder - so I have more focus and more margin in my life. You absolutely don't need Powersheets specifically in order to cultivate goals, but I do love the format and simplicity (not sponsored - just a fan!). Since I love to read others' blog posts about goal setting, I thought it would be fun to share my monthly tending lists as we go, so let's dive in to my January goals!

Note: you are under no obligation to set goals or live your life in any way that feels inorganic to you. I love to read others' goal posts and am a huge productivity nerd, so this is one of my favorite kind of posts to write! If this isn't for you, stop back by next Tuesday for the next blog!
